Pizza Tower Chef's Delight Canceled Build

THIS IS REALLY PLAIN!!!!

due to me being the only coder and the mod was canceled pretty soon after announcement (as in like 5 months or something lol). The reason this mod was cancelled was because the main director, Ivan Green, deleted all of his socials & the CD discord dev and community server. 

WHAT'S NEW ?????

Enemies spin on death. Vigi, Pepperman, & Peppino have new palettes, Heat meter (would have been togglable but the mod got canceled before i did that lol), New sprites for Pepperman taunts, Heat meter, Lap flags, and other small things. Probably more but uh i forgot LMAO.
